A fraude Manuel Salgado diria que é a versão norte-americana da "pedrinha e do azulejo" e aplicaria a mesma lógica (?) que aplicou em Lisboa.

only then can we decide if it is a good example... so far nothing has happened.
In Lisbon we have thousands(?) of illegally altered facades....yet not even a problem for the local authorities. Only recognizing the problem....would be a giant step.
